Manufacturing

We offer many forms of manufacturing for your products including

  • 3D Printing - A fast and affordable way to rapidly produce prototypes for real world testing of form and function

  • Vacuum forming - Once prototyping is complete, Vacuum Forming allows mass production of strong, usable parts very quickly

  • laser cutting - A high precision and fast way of producing accurate and clean-cut parts

  • CNC routing - Ability to produce large parts quickly and affordably out of a variety of materials including wood, plastic, and foam

  • Machining - Metal components including Steel, Aluminum, and brass can be machined to produce your components

  • Molding - Silicon molds used to produce replicas in many materials including epoxy and rubber can produce your parts in strong and durable materials

Design and Prototyping

WAVEO

The client came in with an idea and some simple drawings. We fleshed this out into a real product, created the 3d designs and produced usable prototypes that could be worn and tested for further refining. Once prototyping was complete the finished product was injection molded and is now sold in multiple countries around the world

Design and manufacturing

Automatic Seed Sampler

Our client came in with a rough prototype made from scrap parts from around the farm. They sat down with us and as they explained the concept being their device we started to udnerstand how we could make this into a real product. Within 24 hours we had the first prototype they were able to take to a alrge agriculture expo to show a professionaly made product, rather than their prototype made from scrap metal. Eventually we were able to refine the design into a finished product and do the manufacturing in house, these products are now sold around Canada

Design and Manufacturing

Paint Kadd-e

Our client came in with a rough prototype of what they were looking for. After discussing it with us we were able to develop a professionally made product from their concept. with all design, prototyping, and manufacturing done in house they had complete control over how they wanted their product to work, look, and function.
